Struggling with pelvic pain and discomfort? In this 3-week Pelvic Pow-HER workshop, we'll explore the untapped strength of your pelvic floor to reduce incontinence, constipation, pelvic, and low back pain.

You'll learn how to lengthen and strengthen these mysterious muscles to relieve suffering and experience pleasure once again.  

Tara Gregorio, certified herbalist and STOTT PILATES teacher, created this unique workshop after the natural birth of her twins in 2013.  She combines a variety of Pilates, Physical therapy, and Strength training exercises so you'll leave with a complete understanding of how these muscles can create power from within. 

This is a floor-based workout and is offered on the second floor of The Collective.  You must be able to take the stairs up one flight and be able to get on and off the floor.  Open to women of all ages.

Tara Gregorio is a celebrated STOTT Pilates instructor, certified herbalist, and momma of twins. 

Tara is known for her accessibility, humor, and ability to empower her students to learn difficult information with step-by-step processes. 

The Massachusetts native graduated from U. Mass Amherst with a degree in Fitness Management. She continued to train with PJ O’Clair in the STOTT PILATESⓇ method before moving to New York City to manage the STOTT PILATES studio for over three years. As the lead instructor trainer, she taught thousands of students the STOTT PILATES method. 

In 2010, she moved to Cold Spring, NY, and now focuses the majority of her time teaching women postpartum & beyond how to heal after childbirth with exercises and natural remedies with her YouTube videos, in-person workshops, and online training.
